Roz Usheroff gives a whole
new meaning to the phrase 'take a good, hard look at yourself
in the mirror.' She helps readers to objectively see themselves
as others perceive them -- which may be far different from how
they want to be perceived! Importantly, she helps readers to
bridge the gap between these two views, through practical tips
and handy tools that teach and empower. Roz offers many new
insights, including the fact that marketing yourself doesn't
end when you get a new job. In fact, that is just the beginning!
Everyone must continually market themselvesbased on their
skills, knowledge, and special talent -- within their companies
and their industries. Roz Usheroff is a delight to work with,
and she achieves great results. A Must Have Book!! |

the work you should be doing, and the savvy required to find
and manage opportunities. Rozs book will be particularly
useful for recent grads and individuals at mid-career or in

After being in the work
force 24 years there is much to learn in Customize Your Career.
Ms. Usheroff helps you define where you are without negativity
yet inspires honesty in how to view where you are and how you
arrived there. The key is she shows you how to move on by taking
you from your own inside world to the reality of the outside
world. I have recommended this book to those who are employed
and
unemployed. It is a life lesson for all. |

A "Winning Book"
- will help you develop a winning strategy
I first met Roz Usheroff seven years ago as a participant in
her seminar. She won my instant vote of confidence as she began
to speak to the audience. Her expertise in helping people to
project their personal power left all of us in the audience
energized and wishing for more time. I have adopted her suggestions
throughout my career, and I believe that they have helped me
reach the level of success I have been fortunate enough to achieve.
I recommend this book for anyone who aspires to greatness. |

Don't let the cover fool
you, Roz Usheroff packs a wallop in this insightful and dynamic
read. At first I was skeptical when my Mother sent me this book
as a gift to help me achieve my own goals in life. The book
style looked like so many others I had seen before, but it was
the content of this book which blew me away. Roz does a solid
job in outlining all the key characteristics that can help one
move to the top in a chosen profession. This book takes a rational,
reasoned approach to finding career success. Unlike other books
in the same vain, it is not filled with mumbo-jumbo quick-success
schemes but rather, identifies what makes one stand out in the
crowd without stepping on anyones toes. My only complaint
was the rancid cover. Other than that, this book is a 10/10.
In any case, I used Roz's formulaic suggestions and the results
have been better than average since I am now in my first managerial
position since graduating University 2 years ago. Thanks Roz.

This book gives me a roadmap
to success in my career. I believed that if I just perform with
the highest standards and discipline, I would be guaranteed
a promotion. This book has taught me that it is the whole package
of an individual that is judged and has inspired me to reassess
my "image and impact." This is a worthwhile investment
in one's life. |
