	Don't let the cover fool you, Roz Usheroff packs a wallop in this insightful and dynamic read. At first I was skeptical when my Mother sent me this book as a gift to help me achieve my own goals in life. The book style looked like so many others I had seen before, but it was the content of this book which blew me away. Roz does a solid job in outlining all the key characteristics that can help one move to the top in a chosen profession. This book takes a rational, reasoned approach to finding career success. Unlike other books in the same vain, it is not filled with mumbo-jumbo quick-success schemes but rather, identifies what makes one stand out in the crowd without stepping on anyone’s toes. My only complaint was the rancid cover. Other than that, this book is a 10/10. In any case, I used Roz's formulaic suggestions and the results have been better than average since I am now in my first managerial position since graduating University 2 years ago. Thanks Roz.
