THE FACULTY

Roz Usheroff has personally delivered over 1,500 seminars and keynote addresses to corporations, associations and professional conferences. Sought as an analyst by national television, radio, newspapers and magazines, she also coaches top executives - women and men - to make an impact and be memorable.

Kate Lynch has a Post Graduate Degree in Voice Studies from the Central School of Speech and Drama, in London, England. She has taught voice at the Stratford and Shaw Festivals, and at the National Theatre School in Montreal, and the University College Drama Program in Toronto. She has taught in the corporate world for over 15 years, helping people to discover the freedom and power of their authentic voices.

Terry Szwec is Managing Director of the Coaching and Executive Development Practice for Korn/Ferry International. In his early career, Terry was one of the first award winners of the coveted Ontario Women’s Directorate Award for Control Data’s progressive work in career planning. Today, he applies his expertise to leading major human resource change initiatives, executive coaching and management consulting. His unique understanding of the challenges facing women today provides a male's perspective and wisdom for "navigating" your career.
