Today, your ability to create relationships will help you to navigate your career with greater success.  Your network is your “networth” and this workshop will address the following questions: “Why” you want to master the art of networking; “Who” you need to know” for opportunities in your career; “What” you can do to create extended networks and “How” you can take greater control of your career by adopting the branding concept.

You need to attract sponsors who are willing to champion you behind the scenes. It’s all about how you market your personal brand and connect with people. Networking skills are not natural to everyone but they can be easily acquired.

Participants will learn to:

  • Understand the psychology of networking and how to make alliances work
  • Identify opportunities to gain greater visibility and reach out to others without discomfort

  • Design The Networking Navigation Gameplan

  • How to expand your present network with key stakeholders
  • Create win-win relationships by leveraging other people’s strengths to your benefit
  • Adopt the “Six Stages Model”
