Seminar 11: Train the Trainer

This program is designed to elevate trainers to the next level through accelerated adult learning techniques and enhanced presentation skills. Its content and structure will help trainers to improve the quality of learning, as well as reduce the learning time for participants. Key topics include basic concepts for gaining the attention and commitment of all types of diverse adult learners.

Participants will learn to:

• Learn differences between training and facilitating
