How to Project Personal and Inspiring Leadership

This program is designed to help you to present a winning executive presence and expand your powers of influence and impact.  You’ll explore techniques to capitalize on your personal power for engaging your stakeholders and penetrating C-Level executives. You’ll become more comfortable learning how to create stronger impact in meetings, presentations and on an individual basis. Techniques for becoming a more compelling communicator, group dynamics and enhanced executive presence will be addressed.  

Participants will learn to:

• Enhance their profile by expanding their leadership competencies to include vital dimensions of executive presence  
• Lead without authority while maintaining power and presence 
• Strengthen business protocol acumen, business etiquette savvy and networking visibility
• Refine interpersonal skills using heightened “emotional intelligence”
