Linking Emotional Intelligence to Subliminal Messaging

 

In any business interaction, the ability to communicate clearly is crucial. The mistake many professionals make is to over-focus on the words they plan to say and underestimate the power and influence of the silent signals they are emitting and receiving. This one day workshop will introduce you to thought-provoking scientific research linking emotional intelligence with the ability to read and interpret body language. It will also unveil the silent messages you are unconsciously emitting. This will help you to control and align your non-verbal cues with your messaging.  It will help you in your ability to “read the room” and to understand your customers and internal stakeholders, increasing the chances that everyone will succeed. 

Participants will learn to:

  • Recognize your own emotional buttons, how they reveal your thoughts, and their impact on your behavior and non-verbal cues.
  • Project authentic leadership by incorporating the seven descriptors of emotional intelligence.
