" In my department of 11 project managers, 3 have attended one or more of your sessions (Leadership Presence and/or Art of WOW).  Last Tuesday we hosted a Lunch and Learn session for colleagues in other departments.  As attendees were filing into the room, most of our group was waiting inside of the room, seated quietly in a nice little group.  However, those of us who have been 'Roz-ed' were standing near the entrance, talking to the attendees as they entered the room, helping them get settled with food and drink.  Perfect hosting behavior.  This was completely spontaneous and natural - you would've been proud!"
