The timing for this session and the process was exactly the “jolt” I needed to move beyond some of the “cobwebs” that were crowding my brain. I think just talking through it for the 2 days – to each other – and listening to myself say how silly it was for us to feel inferior was part of the journey of moving forward – and of course the wonderful skills and tips we received.

In my mind, I gave myself 3 gifts after this session – and I’m going to physically do a gift giving ritual with myself on my birthday upcoming in April. They are the gift of self-acceptance, the gift of self-forgiveness, and the gift of non-judgment. I believe I am well on my way to new habits around this and just a completely different mindset.

"In my department of 11 project managers, 3 have attended one or more of your sessions (Leadership Presence and/or Art of WOW).  Last Tuesday we hosted a Lunch and Learn session for colleagues in other departments.  As attendees were filing into the room, most of our group was waiting inside of the room, seated quietly in a nice little group.  However, those of us who have been 'Roz-ed' were standing near the entrance, talking to the attendees as they entered the room, helping them get settled with food and drink.  Perfect hosting behavior.  This was completely spontaneous and natural - you would've been proud!"
