“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” – Brene Brown
Once upon a time, it was believed that as a leader, you should never show your weaknesses. You needed to look and act stoic, strong and invincible. However, times have changed and we want to know who you are as a person. What do you stand for? What is your purpose? People will follow and work harder for you when you invest time in connecting with them on a deeper level. Find the courage to show your authenticity and humility. Admit to areas where you are not perfect. There is a big difference between being weak and having weaknesses.
